Advertising Real-Estate or a business on the Rochester Classifieds Online service is easy, inexpensive, and unobtrusive to the user community. 

Please do NOT send advertisements to the normal DL e-mail address.  An advertising DL will be provided to you upon service activation. 

Rates, subject to change, are as follows:

SPECIALS:

Quantity Description
$5 per Non-Broker Real-Estate advertisement e-mail to the DL.  Maximum of 1 identical advertisement each week.  Real-Estate postings include:  Houses/Buildings/Trailer-homes for sale, Land for sale and Condo sales

RENTALS AND SUBLETS ARE BUSINESSES.  DO NOT USE THIS OPTION FOR RENTALS.  USE $10 OPTION BELOW.

$10 per Real-Estate Broker or Business advertisement e-mail to the DL.  Maximum of 2 identical advertisement each week.  Business postings include, but are not limited to:
  1. Side jobs
  2. Home businesses
  3. Retail / Commercial Businesses
  4. All Job Postings
  5. Business merchandise of any kind
  6. Flyers
  7. Rentals of any kind, including SUBLETS and TIMESHARES

 

$30 per month for small text advertisements/links in message footers.  This option does not allow you to post business merchandise to this service.  It is strictly for the message footer.  Business merchandise postings can be purchased with the option above.
$30 per month for text/graphics/links advertisement on web-page.  This option includes one business posting to the DL to make e-mail only subscribers aware of your web advertisement.

  Hitting submit will bring up the confirmation page at which point you will proceed to check-out.

Discounts available:

15% off if you pre-pay 4-11 advertisements
20% off if you pre-pay 12-25 advertisements
25% off if you pre-pay 26-51 advertisements
30% off if you pre-pay 52 or more advertisements

Once payment is received, you will receive notification on how to utilize the Rochester Classifieds Online advertising system.
